Solution Focused Hypnotherapy for weight management is not about following strict diets or being told what to eat. Instead, it’s about working together to help you regain a healthy relationship with food and develop control, confidence, and enjoyment around eating.
In our first session, we’ll explore the changes you want to make and help you visualise your preferred future – the person you want to be and the habits you want to adopt.
How Our Sessions Work
• We’ll celebrate your successes and identify the next steps that will move you closer to your goals
• We’ll explore coping strategies and strengths you already have that will help you succeed
• Through carefully designed questions, we’ll work to change unhelpful thought patterns and break habits that no longer serve you
• Relaxation and good sleep are key to making lasting changes, so we’ll also work on improving both. You’ll receive a free relaxation download to support you between sessions
Hypnosis for Positive Change
During the hypnosis part of the session, I will guide you to a calm, relaxed state where your subconscious mind can process our discussions and plan the best way forward for your goals. Techniques such as positive visualisation and suggestion are used to reinforce new, healthy habits, making it easier to maintain change in your everyday life.
With this approach, you can take control of your eating habits, feel empowered, and move toward the healthier, more confident version of yourself.
