ONLINE THERAPY
There are various reasons why many people choose online therapy, for example:

  • people who are unable to leave their home because of physical or mental illness
  • people who live in remote or rural areas
  • people having to travel long distances which takes significant time out of a busy schedule
  • you can be very comfortable and relaxed in your own home
  • you can have therapy with me even if you do not live in Plymouth
  • due the social distancing measures required during the Covid 19 pandemic
